Who are we? Tug-tastic was established in 2006, making handmade products for the dog agility scene. Demand increased as did the range of our products, and we now supply to clubs, societies and dog trainers across the world, as well as in the UK. You will find us at selected UK agility shows, throughout the summer months, always competing with our own dogs, but also providing the tools and toys for you to compete with yours. We are a friendly and approachable team, always willing to provide guidance on our products. There are many imitations - but only one genuine Tug-tastic! Happy to experiment with new materials, we are adding to our range all the time, and can often customize products for you.
Our ProductsWe are not like any ordinary on-line pet product retailer. We only sell the products we produce, plus a small range of specially selected motivational training toys. Those toys that feature in our "specially selected" range are not chosen buy us - they are chosen and recommended by the Tug-tastic dogs. No product appears on our site unless it has been tried and tested by our dogs. All our fleece and bungee products are made by us in the UK. We do not import these toys, or have them made for us in Asia. We plait every tuggy, and stitch every bungee ourselves.
Our prices
All our prices are inclusive of post and packaging in the UK. For overseas orders, please contact us for a price. You can pay securely via credit card with a Paypal account. We do not take your Credit Card Details, nor see your Paypal Log-on. You checkout through your own existing Paypal Account.
